I've been buying stars here for about three months, mostly for gifts and stickers. Compared to buying inside the app it comes out noticeably cheaper, with no extra fee on top. I pay via SBP, and the balance updates in under a minute: by the time you switch back to Telegram the stars are already there. Never had to message anyone about an order. One tip — double-check the @username before paying.

Stars (Telegram Stars) are Telegram's internal currency. They pay for digital goods and services inside the messenger: subscriptions to private channels, paid content, features of bots and mini apps, and gifts for other users. You can buy Stars through official channels or from third-party services such as ours.
Enter your @username, choose the number of Stars and pay in whichever way suits you. Stars reach the balance automatically — there is nothing to confirm separately.
Nothing. We never ask for your password, an SMS code or access to your account. If someone asks you for that data in order to credit Stars — they are scammers.
Usually 1–5 minutes after the payment is confirmed. In rare cases, under heavy load, crediting takes up to 15 minutes. If the Stars have not arrived within that time — message support and we will sort it out.
Crediting goes through Telegram's standard mechanisms, with no third-party scripts and no bypassing of protections. We do not interfere with your account, so there is no risk to it.
The minimum order is 50 Stars, the maximum is 50,000.

No, there is no expiry date. They stay on the balance until you spend them.
Message support straight away. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we will correct the details. If the Stars have already gone to someone else's account, recovering them is technically impossible — so check the @username before paying.
If the Stars were not credited through our fault, we will refund the full amount within a couple of hours or re-issue the order — your choice. Stars that have already been credited cannot be refunded, since this is a digital product.
